Continuing AI conversations without starting over every time

Things get organized when we talk, but when we go back to everyday life, things get complicated again. Continuing a conversation is less about remembering everything and more about being able to find topics you want to continue exploring next time.
At a glance
- Please leave one scene to look at from this conversation, one thing you noticed, and one question to return to next time.
- CareOps Maeumi is an app that continues conversations based on past sessions and uses exercises such as thought recording and behavioral experiments.
- There may be errors in AI’s memory and interpretation. Correct any misunderstandings and don't assume you remember everything from before.
Let's narrow it down to one thing we'll cover today.
When work, relationships, sleep, and confidence are all intertwined, it's hard to know where to start. You just have to pick one scene that particularly sticks in your mind today. Rather than ‘Why am I always like this?’, observable scenes such as ‘the moment I swallowed my words in a meeting today’ can serve as a starting point.
Narrowing it down doesn't mean ignoring the rest of your concerns. By distinguishing between what you'll fully cover today and what you'll continue on to next, you can lessen the burden of having to get all the answers at once.
Record the situation and interpretation separately.
The situation “My colleague did not respond to my suggestion” and the interpretation “It must be because I am useless” are different kinds of information. You can also look separately at how you felt and what you did next. The aim is not to remove feelings or force a positive interpretation.
Try asking Maeumi, “Separate the facts I told you from the parts you inferred.” Correct interpretations that do not fit your situation. AI may connect earlier conversations incorrectly or miss important context.
Decide what to do outside of the conversation
There is no need for a grand task at the end of every conversation. If there is something you already want to do, write it down as an actual action. Rather than “be confident,” it’s more like “note one question before the next meeting.” It’s okay if you just end the story without deciding anything.
Daily practice is not homework to be graded to see if you did a good job. If you couldn't execute it, what prevented it, and if it was different from what you expected, it becomes data to look into in the next conversation. If you are curious about recording your thoughts, please also read Emotion Diary Guide.
The next session starts from past experiences.
Next time, you can say to Maeumi, “I was supposed to write down the questions from last time, but I couldn’t because I was nervous before the meeting.” Rather than just wondering whether it was implemented or not, start by talking about what happened then. If the topic you want to cover today has changed, you can change it.
CareOps Maeumi is an option for people who want to keep these sessions, records, and exercises in one place. Rather than dragging out the entire conversation from the beginning, briefly convey important information in your own words. Maeumi does not diagnose or prescribe, and in situations where professional treatment is needed, you must seek human help.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Maeumi remember every conversation perfectly?
- You can't assume that AI remembers everything exactly. Please restate important context and correct any incorrect connections.
- Do I have to practice every time?
- You do not need a new exercise in every conversation. Say what support you need now, and adapt or skip suggestions that do not fit.
