Meet CareOps and Maeumi
CareOps is a consumer mental wellness app for speaking or writing with an AI companion, revisiting sessions, and continuing your conversations and notes. Maeumi is the name of the AI you meet in the app.
When might it be useful?
Use it when you want to explore a concern further after opening up to AI, record connections between feelings and actions, or reflect on daily life between counseling sessions. Start in your own words with low mood, anxiety, relationships, work, sleep, or another everyday concern.
What you can do in the app
- Speak or write with Maeumi and pick up earlier conversations
- Review feelings, self-assessment results, and insights from conversations
- Try exercises informed by counseling approaches, including thought records and behavioral experiments
- Explore professional feedback through a separate counselor plan if you wish
Your first session is free. See the app introduction and checkout for subsequent access, pricing, and courses.
If you are looking for a therapy app
Maeumi is AI whose conversations draw on ideas from approaches such as CBT and ACT. Research supporting a method does not mean that the CareOps app itself has demonstrated treatment effectiveness in clinical trials. This site does not claim that the app's clinical effectiveness has been established.
CareOps is not a hospital or psychiatric service, and Maeumi is not a person. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency support. Talk to a professional if symptoms persist or affect your daily life.

Editorial standards for our blog and guides
CareOps writes and publishes this site's general information and guidance about its own app. We do not present it as independent app rankings or individualized clinical advice. We check mental health facts against public institutions or research and cite sources in each article. We distinguish general research findings from app features and do not claim clinical trials or expert review that did not take place.
Example conversations are fictional illustrations of how the app works, not user testimonials or treatment cases. Substantive revisions receive an updated date, and errors can be reported through Support. Do not make diagnosis or treatment decisions based only on blog information.
