WHAT MAEUMI DOES

What can Maeumi help you do?

Maeumi listens, helps you make sense of what is happening, and explores a next step with you.

Speak or write freely

Share what is on your mind by voice or text. Maeumi listens first and asks one question at a time. You can also choose its conversation style.

Pick up where you left off

Sessions usually last 30–40 minutes. Maeumi recalls the last session, helps you choose what to explore, and reflects with you before closing. You can also use exercises such as thought records and behavioral experiments. Between sessions, your exercises and saved notes remain available.

Understand your patterns

Explore check-ins and self-assessments for topics such as mood, anxiety, personality, and attachment. A weekly summary helps you look back on the past seven days.

Add a human counselor if you wish

With the counselor plan, a qualified counselor reviews your conversations with Maeumi and sends feedback and exercises on scheduled days. Availability depends on your region.
